惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and fool senior managers who do not understand the work (an intern who spent less than a year at a well-known advertising company can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly, cutting prices so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, drain your cooperating vendors dry, and reduce prices to the bone until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any items are damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the company’s agency products)

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of visitors. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds thrilling, right?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find the company’s practices laughable. If you want to become one of the people the industry looks down on, welcome aboard.
