惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and hold a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not add value, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively cutting prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry by squeezing vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any goods are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品 item).

9. The company's event sales attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales staff on duty to compensate for the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, doesn't it?).

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other functions are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become part of a group that is looked down upon, welcome aboard.
