惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company frequently changes its decisions; the boss’s mood is highly unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion policies).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be taken as compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to shamelessly haggle, cutting prices so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and cut costs to the bone until you are blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you must pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of the company’s代理商品 per item).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There has been an incident in which a thief stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (having to pay more than a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, come on in.
