1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company frequently changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-owned business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion opportunities).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is of little use. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and hold a managerial-level position).
4. The company has extremely limited familiarity with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery).
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can cut prices so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, drain your cooperating vendors dry, and push them to the brink, ending up on a blacklist.
8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any product is damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品).
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sales event in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full listed price (Coming to work only to owe over a hundred thousand—isn't that exciting?).
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find the company laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
