1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (family-business structure, closed-off, and unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive upper management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be taken as compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop outstanding skills in shamelessly haggling prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, cut prices to the bone, and get yourself blacklisted.
8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)
9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale where merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all the sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Wouldn’t it be exciting to come to work and end up having to pay over a hundred thousand?)
10. The entire company is a fashion-industry outsider (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all look laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
