惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Convenient parking; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand distributor, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)

3. Hiring is based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive uninformed senior executives (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level)

4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressive bargaining. You can become notorious throughout the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, bargain them down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related contact, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the brands' products)

9. The company's events and sales have a complicated mix of visitors and staff. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn't it?)

10. The entire company is made up of fashion-industry outsiders (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all seem laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, come on in.
