1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who did not last a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money in the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop exceptional skills at shamelessly haggling prices. You can haggle until you become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, and cut prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any goods are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product)
9. The company's event sales have complicated traffic in and out, and there was once a theft in which tens of thousands of dollars' worth of goods were stolen. The company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full listed price (Wouldn't it be exciting to come to work and have to pay back over a hundred thousand dollars?)
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all appear ridiculous to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome.
