惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company frequently changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a managerial-level position).

4. It is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an extraordinary ability to haggle shamelessly. You can become notorious in the industry for squeezing suppliers dry and cutting prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related handling, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品 item).

9. The company’s special sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth hundreds of thousands was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (having to pay over NT$100,000 just for coming to work is pretty thrilling, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all look ridiculous to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
