惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company frequently changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is highly unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business structure, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior executives who do not understand the work (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you and provide no benefit, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another story).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless ability to haggle prices, cutting them so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, drain your vendors dry, and leave them with nothing, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the job, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There has been an incident where a thief stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work is pretty thrilling, right?).

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find the company utterly laughable. If you want to become one of the people the industry looks down on, you are welcome to join.
