惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; having actual ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage and never an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to bargain shamelessly. You can become known throughout the industry for squeezing partner vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of the agency’s products per item).

9. The company’s events and sales attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming in to work is pretty exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find the company laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
