1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient in terms of transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive the uninformed senior management (an intern who lasted less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a managerial-level position)
4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another matter)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively haggling prices, cutting them so much that you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, and reduce prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product)
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a thief at a sale who stole hundreds of thousands' worth of goods, and the company required all sales staff on duty to compensate for the full listed value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn't it?)
10. The entire company is made up of industry outsiders in fashion (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas); in the eyes of industry professionals, everything is laughable. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
