惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient, with a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes direction, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality, its thinking is very traditional (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not add value, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the ability to shamelessly bargain. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your business partners dry, and cut prices to the bone, ending up on a blacklist.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay for the loss out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products)

9. The people coming in and out of the company's promotional sales events are a mixed crowd. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work—exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other functions are all viewed as laughable by industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, come on in.
