惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient, with a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company frequently changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality, it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-owned business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion opportunities)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and does everything based entirely on the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the skill of shamelessly cutting prices, becoming notorious throughout the industry, squeezing cooperating vendors dry, cutting prices to the bone, and getting blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)

9. The people coming in and out of the company's promotional sales events are a mixed crowd. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all saleswomen on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome aboard.
