1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; having ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand things (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising company can come here and hold a position at the manager level)
4. It is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of slashing prices. You can become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, bargain them down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you must pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)
9. The company's events and sales have a complex mix of visitors. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all saleswomen on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it laughable. If you want to become part of a group that is looked down on, welcome aboard.
