1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a lot of food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company keeps changing its decisions from one day to the next, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects)
3. People are hired based on personal preference; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand things (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of haggling prices. You can become notorious in the industry for squeezing your cooperating vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any of the products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products)
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to pay the full retail price in compensation (Having to pay more than 100,000 just for showing up to work is pretty exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all seem laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people the industry looks down on, welcome aboard.
