惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient, with a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive the uninformed senior management (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)

4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money during the same month; they can only be taken as compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive talent for shamelessly haggling. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, and haggle them down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品 item)

9. The company's event sales have complicated traffic in and out, and there was once a thief who stole merchandise worth hundreds of thousands at a special sale. The company required all sales associates working that shift to compensate the full retail price (Coming in for a shift and having to pay over a hundred thousand—pretty exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is made up of fashion-industry outsiders (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all look laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become part of a group that gets looked down on, come on in.
