1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-mindedness, and an unclear promotion system).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive the uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only set you back, not help you, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions).
5. The salary is pathetically low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another matter).
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop impressive skills at shamelessly cutting prices. You can bargain so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, and cut prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the job, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the代理商品 products to see how much that is).
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There has been an incident in which a thief stole hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all saleswomen on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Wouldn't it be exciting to come to work and have to pay over a hundred thousand dollars?).
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other operations are viewed as laughable by industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, come join us.
