惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive the uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only set you back, not help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with suppliers, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of haggling prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry for squeezing suppliers dry and bargaining them down to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related contact, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the代理商品 products to get an idea).

9. The company’s event sales attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work—exciting, isn’t it?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other functions are all considered laughable by industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, come on in.
