惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a lot of food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company changes its decisions from day to day, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; having actual ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a detriment, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other story).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly haggling prices. You can become well known throughout the industry for squeezing partner vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product).

9. The people entering and leaving the company's promotional sales events are a mixed crowd. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (Having to pay more than a hundred thousand just for coming in to work sounds exciting, doesn't it?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find the company laughable. If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome.
