1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company frequently changes its decisions; the boss’s mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is of no use. You would be better off learning how to flatter people and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you and will not help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).
5. The salary is ridiculously low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).
7. If your duties require coordinating with and contacting vendors, congratulations—you will develop an extraordinary ability to haggle shamelessly. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, and grind them down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品).
9. The company’s special-sale events attract a complicated mix of visitors. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail price (isn’t it exciting to come to work and end up paying over one hundred thousand?).
10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it laughable. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
