惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality, it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and hold a position at the managerial level)

4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of slashing prices, becoming notorious throughout the industry for draining partner vendors dry and bargaining them down to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related reasons, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product)

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale event in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work—exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, come on in.
