惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-minded, with unclear promotion opportunities)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; having actual ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a manager-level position)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another mystery)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an exceptional ability to haggle shamelessly. You can negotiate prices so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, drain your vendors dry, and reduce prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency's products)

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find it all rather laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
