1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who spent less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level)
4. It has extremely little familiarity with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be taken as compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery)
7. If your duties require you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an unparalleled ability to haggle shamelessly. You can bargain so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and drive them to the point of being blacklisted.
8. Because of the job, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up how much an average代理商品 costs)
9. Company event sales have complicated comings and goings of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which tens of thousands of dollars' worth of goods were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Coming to work only to be forced to pay over a hundred thousand dollars is pretty exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all look laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
