惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's moods are unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery).

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an extraordinary ability to haggle shamelessly. You can cut prices until you become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, and bargain them down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single authorized product).

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (coming to work and then having to pay over 100,000 is quite an adrenaline rush, isn't it?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry. Its sales, marketing, public relations, and other functions are all viewed as laughable by industry professionals. If you want to become part of the group everyone looks down on, welcome aboard.
