惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the manager level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you, not help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas).

5. The pay is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the skill of shamelessly bargaining prices. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, and cut prices to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay out of pocket to compensate for them (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品).

9. The company’s event sales have complicated groups of people coming and going. There was once a theft at a sale event in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full listed price (having to pay over 100,000 just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find everything about it laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
