惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a management-level position)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay in the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery)

7. If your job requires you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly cutting prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, cut prices to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product)

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a case where a thief stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn’t it?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and so on); in the eyes of industry professionals, everything is laughable. If you want to become part of a group that gets scorned, welcome aboard.
