1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient in terms of transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Convenient parking; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company changes its decisions constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with a very traditional industry mindset (a family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who lasted less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level)
4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)
5. The pay is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can become notorious throughout the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, bargain them down to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product)
9. The company's promotional sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale event in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work—exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all look ridiculous to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, come on in.
