惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a lot of food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is highly unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-owned business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion prospects).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; strong performance is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior managers who do not understand the business (an intern who spent less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can become notorious in the industry, drain your business partners dry, and bargain them down to the bone until you are blacklisted.

8. Because of the job, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品).

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail value (Coming to work and having to pay over a hundred thousand is pretty thrilling, right?).

10. The entire company is made up of fashion-industry outsiders (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals). If you want to become part of a group that is looked down on, welcome aboard.
