惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s moods are unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with unclear promotion pathways).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is of little use. You might as well learn how to flatter people and fool senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the manager level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another story).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will hone the skill of shamelessly haggling prices, cutting them down until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, and reduce them to nothing until you are blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品).

9. The company’s promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There has been an incident in which a thief stole several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of merchandise at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full listed price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand dollars just for coming to work—exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find it utterly laughable. If you want to become one of the people the industry looks down on, come on in.
