1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-owned business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion prospects).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a managerial-level position).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery).
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can become notorious throughout the industry for squeezing vendors dry and cutting prices to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any item is damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of the company's代理 products per item).
9. The company's events and sales involve a complicated mix of people coming and going. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full listed price (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?).
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
