惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are relatively easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a lot of food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences, so competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive the uninformed senior management (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a managerial-level position).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another mystery).

7. If your duties require you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive ability to haggle shamelessly. You can cut prices so aggressively that you become infamous in the industry, squeeze your partner vendors dry, reduce them to the bone, and end up on their blacklist.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any product you handle is damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one代理商品 item).

9. Company events and sales have a complicated mix of people coming and going. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth several hundred thousand was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work sounds exciting, right?).

10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas all seem laughable to industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
