1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company frequently changes direction on a whim, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with an unclear promotion system).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is of little use. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the work (an intern who worked for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery).
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop exceptional skills at shamelessly haggling over prices. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, drain your partner vendors dry, and haggle them down to the bone, leaving them to blacklist the company.
8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product).
9. The people coming in and out of the company's special-sale events are a mixed crowd. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales staff on duty to compensate for the full retail value (having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn't it?).
10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find the company laughable. If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome.
