惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company changes its policies constantly, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with a very traditional industry mindset (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and reach a managerial-level position)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only set you back, not help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery)

7. If your job requires you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively haggling prices. You can become notorious throughout the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and haggle them down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of visitors. There was once a theft at a sale where goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail price (Coming to work and having to pay over a hundred thousand—isn't that exciting?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry. In every aspect—including sales, marketing, and public relations—it is laughable in the eyes of industry professionals. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome aboard.
