惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a lot of food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand agency, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (family-owned, closed-off, and with unclear promotion prospects)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is of no use. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the work (an intern who spent less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level)

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of misguided ideas)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another mystery)

7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively bargaining, cutting prices to the point that you become notorious in the industry, draining your business partners dry, and bargaining them down to the bone until you are blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single agency product)

9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth several hundred thousand were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, doesn't it?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals). If you want to become part of a group that is looked down on, welcome.
