1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office is in a very convenient location for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is of little use. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who spent less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take a position at the managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you, not help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is another matter).
7. If your job requires you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively bargaining. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and drive them to the point of being blacklisted.
8. Because of work-related handling, if any products you come into contact with are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the approximate average price of one of the agency's products).
9. The company's special-sale events attract complicated crowds, and there has been an incident in which a thief stole several hundred thousand dollars' worth of goods. The company required all saleswomen on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Wouldn't it be exciting to come to work and have to pay over a hundred thousand dollars?).
10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all regarded as laughable by industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
