惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation

3. There are quite a few food options nearby

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company

Cons

1. The company changes its decisions from one day to the next, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-run business structure, closed off, with an unclear promotion system)

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; being capable is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed for less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and take on a position at the managerial level)

4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, operating entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only be a disadvantage, not an advantage, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into pay during the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a mystery)

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of haggling prices, cutting prices so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, drain your vendors dry, and drive prices down to the bone until you are blacklisted.

8. Because of work-related responsibilities, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)

9. The company’s events and sales attract complicated crowds. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales staff on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for showing up to work sounds exciting, right?)

10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and so on); from the perspective of industry professionals, everything is laughable. If you want to become one of the people others look down on, welcome.
