1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; ability is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising company can come here and take a position at the manager level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not add value, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other mystery)
7. If your duties require coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the skill of shamelessly bargaining prices. You can bargain so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, drain your vendors dry, and bargain them down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related contact with products, if any product is damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品)
9. The flow of people at the company's promotional sales events is complicated. There has been an incident in which a thief stole hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of goods at a promotional sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Coming in for a shift and having to pay over a hundred thousand dollars sounds exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is made up of outsiders to the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
