1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.
3. There are quite a few food options nearby.
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable.
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it has a very traditional industry mindset (a family-business system, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies).
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed less than a year at a well-known advertising agency can come here and hold a position at the managerial level).
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt, not help, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect ideas).
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money in the same month; they can only be converted into compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other story).
7. If your duties require coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an incredible talent for shamelessly haggling. You can cut prices until you become notorious in the industry, squeeze your vendors dry, and bargain them down to the bone, ending up on their blacklist.
8. Because of work-related circumstances, if any products you handle are damaged or soiled, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of a single代理商品).
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There has been an incident in which a thief stole hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all the sales associates on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Coming in for a shift and having to pay over a hundred thousand dollars sounds exciting, doesn't it?).
10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals). If you want to become part of a group that is looked down upon, welcome aboard.
