1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss's mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-minded, with unclear promotion opportunities)
3. Hiring is based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and hold a management-level position)
4. Extremely unfamiliar with the industry, the company operates entirely according to the boss's personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt rather than help, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take the leave is a whole other story)
7. If your job requires contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the skill of shamelessly haggling, cutting prices to the point of becoming notorious in the industry, draining your partner vendors dry and bargaining them down to the bone, until you end up on their blacklist.
8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay for the loss out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one代理商品 to see how much that is)
9. The company's promotional sales events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a case where a thief stole hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of goods at a sale, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Having to pay more than a hundred thousand just for coming in to work—exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion world. In areas such as sales, marketing, and public relations, industry professionals find the company ridiculous. If you want to become one of the people everyone looks down on, welcome aboard.
