1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient for transportation
3. There are quite a few food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company constantly changes its decisions, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-minded, with an unclear promotion system)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter and deceive senior executives who do not understand the business (an intern who stayed at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only hurt you and not help you, because everything you learn here consists of misconceptions)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be exchanged for money in the same month; they can only be converted into compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another mystery)
7. If your duties require you to contact and coordinate with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of slashing prices, cutting them so aggressively that you become notorious in the industry, drain your vendors dry, and cut prices to the bone until they blacklist you.
8. Because of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of the company’s agency products)
9. The company’s promotional sales events have a complicated mix of visitors. There was once a theft at a sale in which goods worth hundreds of thousands were stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to reimburse the full retail price (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming to work—exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion industry (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all laughable in the eyes of industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, come join us.
