1. Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with
2. The office location is very convenient in terms of transportation
3. There are quite a lot of food options nearby
4. Parking is convenient, with a paid parking lot behind the company
1. The company changes its decisions from one day to the next, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable
2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商; in reality, it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business system, closed-off, with unclear promotion policies)
3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive senior management who do not understand the business (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and hold a position at the managerial level)
4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only set you back, not help you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts)
5. The salary is pitifully low.
6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; they can only be exchanged for compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is another story)
7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop an impressive talent for shamelessly haggling. You can bargain until you become notorious in the industry, drain your vendors dry, and bargain them down to the bone, putting yourself on their blacklist.
8. Because of the job, if any products you handle are damaged or stained, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the products the company代理商 sells)
9. The company’s special sale events attract a complicated mix of people. There was once a theft at a sale in which merchandise worth hundreds of thousands was stolen, and the company required all sales associates on duty to compensate the full retail value (Coming in for a shift and ending up paying over a hundred thousand—exciting, right?)
10. The entire company is an outsider in the fashion industry (in sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas, industry professionals find it all very laughable). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, you are welcome to join.
