惇聚國際股份有限公司
Pros

1. Most colleagues are relatively easy to get along with.

2. The office location is very convenient for transportation.

3. There are quite a few food options nearby.

4. Parking is convenient; there is a paid parking lot behind the company.

Cons

1. The company changes its decisions constantly, and the boss’s mood is unpredictable.

2. On the surface, it is a fashion brand代理商, but in reality it operates with very traditional industry thinking (a family-business structure, closed-off culture, and unclear promotion system).

3. People are hired based on personal preferences; competence is useless. You might as well learn how to flatter people and deceive uninformed senior management (an intern who worked at a well-known advertising agency for less than a year can come here and take on a position at the managerial level).

4. The company is extremely unfamiliar with the industry and operates entirely according to the boss’s personal preferences and arrogance (if you genuinely want to understand the fashion industry, joining this company will only count against you, not benefit you, because everything you learn here consists of incorrect concepts).

5. The salary is pitifully low.

6. Overtime hours cannot be converted into money in the same month; you can only take compensatory leave (whether you can actually take that leave is a whole other mystery).

7. If your duties require contacting and coordinating with vendors, congratulations—you will develop the shameless skill of aggressively bargaining, becoming notorious throughout the industry, squeezing your cooperating vendors dry, bargaining them down to the bone, and getting blacklisted.

8. Because of the nature of the work, if any products you handle are damaged or dirty, you have to pay compensation out of your own pocket (you can look up the average price of one of the agency’s products).

9. The company’s promotional sale events attract a complex mix of people. A thief once stole merchandise worth several hundred thousand during a sale, and the company required all sales staff on duty to compensate for the full retail value (Having to pay over a hundred thousand just for coming in to work sounds exciting, doesn’t it?).

10. The entire company is an outsider to the fashion world (sales, marketing, public relations, and other areas are all viewed as laughable by industry professionals). If you want to become one of the people they look down on, welcome aboard.
