1. Policies and decisions change constantly
2. Salary increases have no fixed schedule, so there is little sense of a future
3. The people above often go back on their word—saying one thing and doing another
In short, anyone who can stay here for more than a year is impressive.
The advantages and disadvantages are about the same, so I’m giving it an average rating.
For anyone considering joining, I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend it, but there’s no need to stay for very long.
