1. You can learn a lot
2. Colleagues are easy to get along with
3. Easy to change jobs
4. Convenient location
1. Decisions and policies change constantly
2. Salary increases do not follow a fixed schedule, so there is little sense of a future here
3. People in management often go back on their word—saying one thing and doing another
In short, anyone who can stay here for more than a year is really impressive.
The advantages and disadvantages are about the same, so I’m giving it an average rating.
For those considering joining, I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend it, but there’s no need to stay for very long.
