Very close to Costco
Overtime policy: There is no overtime pay; you can only take compensatory leave.
Limited dining options: There are hardly any good choices nearby, and they are not inexpensive.
Heavy workload: The volume of tasks is large and the pace is intense, which can easily lead to fatigue over the long term.
Unpleasant interpersonal atmosphere: Colleagues do not interact much, and it is difficult for newcomers to fit in.
Bonus system: The bonuses for the three major holidays are relatively low, making it difficult to feel appreciated.
Inconsistent management style: The supervisor behaves differently internally and externally, which can easily make people feel confused or distrustful.
Overall, I do not really recommend it. Regardless of the department, there are some common problems with the internal culture and systems. I initially decided to give it a try after seeing recommendations online, but the actual situation was quite different from what I expected.
This is not to say that the company has absolutely no advantages, but given the job options available today, there are really quite a few better choices.
