Very close to Costco
Overtime policy: There is no overtime pay; you can only take time off in lieu.
Limited dining options: There are hardly any good choices nearby, and they are not inexpensive.
Heavy workload: The volume of tasks is high and the pace is intense, which can easily lead to fatigue over time.
Poor interpersonal atmosphere: There is little interaction among colleagues, and it is not easy for newcomers to fit in.
Bonus system: The bonuses for the three major festivals are relatively low, making it difficult to feel appreciated.
Inconsistent management style: The supervisor's attitude differs internally and externally, which can easily leave people feeling confused or distrustful.
Overall, I would not really recommend it. Regardless of the department, there are some common issues with the internal culture and systems. I initially decided to give it a try after seeing recommendations online, but the actual situation was quite different from what I expected.
This is not to say that the company has no advantages at all, but given the choices available in today's job market, there are truly quite a few better options.
