Very close to Costco
Overtime policy: There is no overtime pay; you can only take compensatory leave.
Limited dining options: There are hardly any good options nearby, and they are not cheap.
Heavy workload: The volume of tasks is large and the pace is intense, which can easily lead to fatigue over time.
Poor interpersonal atmosphere: Colleagues do not interact much, and it is difficult for newcomers to fit in.
Bonus system: The bonuses for the three major holidays are relatively low, making it difficult to feel recognized.
Inconsistent management style: The supervisor’s attitude differs depending on whether they are dealing with internal or external parties, which can easily cause confusion or distrust.
Overall, I do not really recommend it. Regardless of the department, there are some common problems with the internal culture and systems. I initially decided to give it a try because of recommendations I saw online, but the actual situation differs considerably from what I expected.
This is not to say that the company has no advantages whatsoever, but given the current range of career options, there are genuinely quite a few better choices.
