Limited dining options: There are almost no good options nearby, and they are not inexpensive.

Heavy workload: The volume of tasks is large and the pace is fast, which can easily lead to fatigue over time.

Unpleasant interpersonal atmosphere: Colleagues do not interact much, and it is not easy for newcomers to fit in.

Bonus system: The bonuses for the three major holidays are relatively low, making it difficult to feel appreciated.

Inconsistent management style: The supervisor treats people differently internally and externally, which can easily cause confusion or distrust.

Overall, I would not really recommend it. Regardless of the department, there are some common issues with the internal culture and systems. I decided to give it a try after seeing recommendations online, but the actual situation was quite different from what I expected.

This is not to say that the company has absolutely no advantages, but given the job options available today, there are genuinely quite a few better choices.
