Overtime policy: There is no overtime pay; you can only take compensatory leave.

Limited dining options: There are hardly any good choices nearby, and they are not inexpensive.

Heavy workload: The volume of tasks is large and the pace is fast-paced, which can easily lead to fatigue over the long term.

Poor interpersonal atmosphere: There is little interaction among colleagues, and it is not easy for newcomers to fit in.

Bonus system: The bonuses for the three major festivals are relatively low, making it difficult to feel recognized.

Inconsistent management style: The supervisor treats people differently internally and externally, which can easily make people feel confused or distrustful.

Overall, I would not really recommend it. Regardless of the department, there are some common problems with the internal culture and systems. I initially decided to give it a try after seeing recommendations online, but the actual situation fell considerably short of my expectations.

This is not to say that the company has absolutely no advantages, but given the choices available in today’s job market, there are genuinely quite a few better options.
