Very close to Costco
Overtime policy: There is no overtime pay; you can only take compensatory leave.
Limited dining options: There are hardly any good choices nearby, and they are not inexpensive.
Heavy workload: The volume of tasks is large and the pace is fast, which can easily lead to fatigue over time.
Unpleasant interpersonal atmosphere: Colleagues do not interact much, and it is not easy for newcomers to fit in.
Bonus system: The bonuses for the three major holidays are relatively low, making it difficult to feel appreciated.
Inconsistent management style: The supervisor’s attitude differs internally and externally, which can easily cause confusion or distrust.
Overall, I would not really recommend it. Regardless of the department, there are some common issues with the internal culture and systems. I initially decided to give it a try after seeing recommendations online, but the actual situation differed considerably from my expectations.
This is not to say that the company has absolutely no advantages, but given the current range of workplace options, there are honestly quite a few better choices.
